Naz Grimley

Naz Grimley is the Co-Founder and President of ALKEM Health & Wellness, a clinic built on the belief that true healing comes from treating the whole person — mind, body, and lifestyle. Since launching ALKEM in 2023, she has led its growth into one of Bahrain’s leading wellness destinations. In its first year alone, ALKEM welcomed more than 1,000 patients, setting a new standard for integrative healthcare in the region.

Naz’s work has earned her regional recognition. She was a Woman of the Year Awards 2024 nominee in the “Women in Business” category and one of only eight women from MENA selected for EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ EMEIA Class of 2024. She also appeared on the June 2024 cover of Woman This Month, highlighting her mission to make wellness more personal, inclusive, and results-driven.

Beyond her leadership at ALKEM, Naz regularly shares insights on topics like digital balance, immunity, and everyday wellness. Her philosophy is simple: healing isn’t just about treating symptoms — it’s about understanding stories.
